Cassandra Phillips is the Chief Financial Officer of Really Real Radio, where she leads financial strategy, budgeting, and operational planning. With a strong foundation in accounting and organizational leadership, Cassandra ensures the station’s financial health while fueling its creative and strategic growth. She holds an Accounting Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management, offering a well-rounded perspective that blends precision with big-picture thinking. Before joining Really Real Radio, Cassandra held key finance roles in other sectors, consistently driving results through data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
